Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Domestic orders are shipped for FREE via UPS Ground and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. A tracking number will be provided to you once the package has been shipped. 

International shipping is $25 and shipped via USPS First Class mail and take 10-14 business days to be delivered. If your country charges additional customs fees, we are not responsible for payment of these fees. A tracking number will be provided to you once the package has shipped, but please note that once the package leave the Unites States, tracking may not appear. If you have any questions on the status if your package, please contact your local post office. 

If your order is shipped with expedited shipping, the cost of shipping is non-refundable. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

If your package is marked as DELIVERED on your tracking, but you do not receive the package, we are NOT responsible. 

RETURNS:

Can I return frames if I don't like them?

Yes, you can return frames within 14 days of receiving them. All goods must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them including all packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping back to us. For all exchanged items, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs.

If you order frames with CUSTOM lenses (this includes prescription lenses or custom tinted lenses), you will only be refunded for the frame, NOT the lenses. Custom lenses are FINAL SALE. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

What happens if I receive faulty/damaged frames?

We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact our service department at info@vwceyewear.com.

Can I add my prescription lenses to your glasses?

Yes, all of our frames are able to have prescription lenses installed. Our in-house licensed opticians are able to fill any request. Please contact us with a copy of your prescription and which frame you would like to add the lenses to.

Can I use my insurance to pay for prescription lenses?

We do not take insurance directly, however, we are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursment.

Can you repair my glasses?

In most cases, we can! In order for us to be sure, please email us some pictures of the damage so we can assess the damage. info@vwceyewear.com
