Shipping & Returns
Domestic orders are shipped for FREE via UPS Ground and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. A tracking number will be provided to you once the package has been shipped.
International shipping is $25 and shipped via USPS First Class mail and take 10-14 business days to be delivered. If your country charges additional customs fees, we are not responsible for payment of these fees. A tracking number will be provided to you once the package has shipped, but please note that once the package leave the Unites States, tracking may not appear. If you have any questions on the status if your package, please contact your local post office.
If your package is marked as DELIVERED on your tracking, but you do not receive the package, we are NOT responsible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return frames if I don't like them?
Yes, you can return frames within 14 days of receiving them. All goods must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them including all packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping back to us.
If you order frames with CUSTOM lenses (this includes prescription lenses or custom tinted lenses), you will only be refunded for the frame, NOT the lenses. Custom lenses are FINAL SALE.

What happens if I receive faulty/damaged frames?
We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact our service department at email@example.com.
